Fitness and exercise frequency
Of course, you won’t be surprised to hear that there is still some room for improvement. Those are myths about fitness health so we are going to stick with exercise frequency. It’s just like math. Well I guess it’s better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick. I am a huge fan of fitness. I always treated fitness health like that.
